“A woman who hurts after an abortion is not always understood. The intensity of her emotional reaction may be a shock to her as well as those from whom she seeks counsel. Women who choose abortion for what they consider all the right reasons at the time are not exempt from mourning the loss of her child. This book will guide you…where you will find the peace of God’s forgiveness and the freedom of forgiving others.”

“Unbound shares vulnerably about…SEX. It dares to speak the truth about shame, unforgiveness, and anger that wreak havoc on our emotional and spiritual health. Combined with creative exercises and object lessons…it inspires us to believe we don’t have to live cowering and captive by shame. We were created for life-giving relationships that bring honor and glory to God because He yearns for you and me to experience and understand the power, purpose, and beauty of sexuality by His design–in holiness.”

A monthly, no commitment support group held the first Thursday of each month. This virtual group is a place for any women hurt from abortion whether you have or have not completed an abortion recovery healing group. Each month we will discuss a topic aimed to bring awareness and a measure of healing to the deep wound you carry. You will discuss areas of your abortion struggles in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.
These groups aim to help women find healing from the emotional pain of abortion through a faith-based approach, guiding participants toward forgiveness, peace, and restoration of their relationship with God.

Sessions include Bible study, discussions about grief, forgiveness, and healing, as well as guidance on overcoming shame and denial. Participants are encouraged to explore their faith and share their experiences in small virtual groups led by compassionate leaders who understand the healing journey after abortion. Through confidential conversation, biblical truth, and supportive community, women are reminded they are not alone and that healing and freedom are possible.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
The program is faith-based, focusing on the Bible and using a bible study called Forgiven and Set Free, but participants are welcomed regardless of their level of faith or spiritual background.
Programs typically run weekly for up to 9-12 weeks, depending on the curriculum being used. Virtual weekend groups are available several times a year. These groups start Thursday evenings and end Sunday evening.
The free assessment is designed to help you identify woundedness in your life. Often these areas go unnoticed or are lying dormant in your heart. If you are struggling with any of the questions mentioned in the assessment it is a good indication a healing group is needed. Even women who are fairly certain their healing is complete come to realize there were indeed pieces missing that hadn’t been addressed previously. To the woman whose heart is open to the Lord He always shows up and brings a greater sense of freedom and purpose through these groups. Take the free assessment here.
Interested participants can fill out our Interest Form to start the process or take the Free Assessment to see if a recovery group would benefit them.
That’s okay. Many women are not ready to join an abortion recovery group right away. Some are still processing their emotions, unsure where to begin, navigating busy schedules, or simply exploring whether healing after abortion is even possible for them.
Healing often begins with one small step.
If you are not ready for a virtual healing group at this time, we encourage you to start by exploring our free resources designed to help you process grief, shame, regret, and emotional pain at your own pace. Yes. Women are welcome to join even if they have attended recovery programs elsewhere. Often there are ‘layers’ of healing a woman goes through on her journey to healing and wholeness.
"We cannot rely on ourselves, for we have learned by bitter experience the folly of self- confidence. We are compelled to look to the Lord alone. Blessed is the wind that drives the ship into the harbor. Blessed is the distress that forces us to rest in our God."
- Charles Spurgeon
